Will the next monthly US jobs report show an unemployment rate at or above the previous month's rate?
What counts
the headline unemployment rate (U-3) in the first published release, compared with the prior month's rate as shown in that same release.
What does not count
later revisions, alternative measures such as U-6, or seasonally unadjusted figures.
